Please be aware that when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subjected to import taxes and duties.
The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods and where they are produced (Country of Origin).
As stated on our website, it is the customers’ responsibility to cover any duties and fees levied by their own country. If you do not pay this fee, local custom regulators will not release the package to you and will send it back to our head office in London. If the parcel is returned, the return charge will be deducted from your refund.
