For change-of-mind returns worldwide, we aim to process your refund within two working days of your returned parcel being delivered to us. Once we've issued it to your original payment method, allow up to seven working days for it to appear on your bank or card statement. Contact us if it hasn't appeared after that. Where statutory cancellation rules apply, we'll meet the required refund deadline, including where proof of return starts it earlier.
