• Which payment methods do you accept?

  Kompsós accepts all forms of major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American express) and also express payment gateways as Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we do no accept payment on delivery.

• I would like to pay using Klarna but it does not work. Why?

  Unfortunately, Klarna is available only for the UK at the moment. It is a limitation from Klarna itself.

• Can I exchange/return my order?

  Yes, we do accept exchanges and returns of unworn bracelets. According to the EU law (which still applies after Brexit), you have 14 days to request a return/exchange after delivery. • How long does it take to get a refund?
